Parking Charges
Middleton Grange shopping centre parking is free after 3pm. I would like council to apply this free period across all council car parks in town centre area. Including Church street area, Whitby St. Lynn St. Tower St. Mill House, Park Road, York Road.
Why is this important?
This is loaded towards Shopping Centre to the detriment of all other businesses. Customers & patrons of shops, bars, restaurants etc. are put off frequenting the areas affected. Or if not put off, then penalised for using these areas.
