Develop a new digital vote to allow easier and greater voting numbers

I want the cabinet office to develop a digital tool that will allow us to vote using an app or by Gov.uk. This would allow easier access to voting for many people who I believe simply don't vote because the holy don't think they have the time and will allow non-voters a new and modern way to put in their vote.

I als think that the tool developed should provide details of each parties manifesto pledges that users can select that they like in order to provide an unbiased guide to the party that best suits their own values and principles for what the government should be doing for out country.
