Please save our taxis in Rossendale
Please support Rossendale taxi drivers in their protest against massive changes to there license conditions, which will wipe out local drivers due to the councils greed
They want drivers to make holes in roof for the taxi sign (this damages the car and decreases the cars value)
They want an increase in taxi fares
They want all taxis to be one colour
Why is this important?
Imposing these changes will cause a lot of the local drivers who make a honest living will be forced out of work, many of the residents of Rossendale depend on these local taxis, and these new proposals will wipe out the taxi trade in Rossendale.
