Set up a unified task force, working with Hertfordshire County Council, Broxbourne Borough Council, Broxbourne MP Charles Walker and other relevant groups and individuals, to tackle the issue of illegal racing on the A10.
Come up with a solid set of tactics to end the issue for once and for all.
Why is this important?
Illegal A10 racing, where car enthusiasts race at speeds of up to 180mph on the A10, puts lives at risk and unsettles local residents.
Many Mercury readers have complained about the noise affecting their sleep and of being scared of using the road after midnight.
