Refugees Welcome in Somerset
Offer to home 500 refugee families
Why is this important?
Aylan, the toddler who drowned fleeing Syria, was just three years old. His town was under attack by Isis. His five year old brother and his mum also died trying to reach safety.
Aylan's family are victims of a war they had no part in. This is not about politics. It's about helping people who are in desperate need - because we can help them, and we should help them.
Please sign this petition to show Somerset County Council that you are willing to support refugees in Somerset. We will do whatever we can to help these people, who are fleeing horrors we can only imagine.
