Resurface pot-holed roads in Rossendale
The state of the roads in Rossendale are at the worst they have been since the advent of tarmac. Multiple claims have been made to insurance companies due to damage to vehicles caused by holes in the roads, some new pot-holes and others old pot-holes that have been poorly and cheaply repaired.
Why is this important?
Road access and road travel is important - spend some money on positive maintenance of the road surfaces to make leisure and business travel a safer, cheaper and more enjoyable experience.
Claims against Lancashire County Council and Rossendale Borough Council due to damage to vehicles because of poorly maintained road surfaces will only increase financial pressures on councils.
