SAVE "POLZEATH PANCAKE SHACK" (mr surfys)

REVISE THE SITUATION, AND LET US STAY WHERE WE ARE!

Why is this important?

We are a pancake shack, we are based on a cliff where there is no shop, food outlet of facilities for 1 mile.
We provide a service for people local and tourists, serving drinks and hot food to take away, we are sensitive about the enviroment where we are, and we operate from an ECO cabin, which runs on wind power, we take our rubbish home and we use recyclables.
We are only open during weekends and summer months, we close the shack and move it by the end of September.
We have permission from the land owner at Atlantic terrace to say we can operate from the parking space, and also the highways agency, have no objections to us being there.
We have been there at New Polzeath for 6 years now, and since the road closure with the Atlantic house hotel, we have considerably lost business.
But we are still open for the public, as we are providing a service, and also we only use local suppliers.

There are new rules and regulations that decide whether we can trade up at Atlantic Terrace, The council have put out to the public that we are applying for a street trade license.
The few residents and some holiday home owners have sent in letters, and decided after 6 years there, they dont like us being there, this is a namely few. We as the next generation, and local, have been providing a service, for locals and the tourists, there is a meeting at the St Minver percival institute 19th July 2016, if any of you locals want to have a voice. also we go to court on the 10th August, so its all go!
