Why is this important?
The landlords have decided they want to sell our beloved pub to developers and make it into houses. They have given the Railway Inn just 6-months’ notice before it’s shut down.
The pub has here for several decades, the owners don’t want to leave and we want to keep our pub. I myself have been coming here for over 18 years. This is the centre of our community and the heart of the estate. This is the place we call the "office". This is the place we all meet.
You cannot close it down!
