SCRAP THE SINGLE JUSTICE PROCEDURE

Since its introduction through the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, the Single Justice Procedure (SJP) has been routinely abused by the courts and prosecutors. The abuse of the SJP has now become so bad and so blatant, barristers and other interested parties are speaking out about it. The abuse of the SJP is a breach of natural justice and human rights and must be stopped - and fast.
