stop exploitation of people on job seekers allowance

Stop using unemployed people at your stores for no reward they have to work an 8 or 9 hour day including Saturday and Sundays with no prospect of permanent employment at the end of it just so they can keep their job seekers allowance.

Why is this important?

because it degrades these people working those hours for no pay and no chance of being employed by ikea they just move on to the next batch of unfortunate people
