Stop penalising Special needs schools

Abolish the£148.72 per child Education services 'grant' charged to Springwell school in Hartlepool and the considerably lesser fee charged to mainstream schools in Hartlepool for essential services for special needs children. These fees had been covered by government grants but were withdrawn by Theresa May's Government thus attacking the the most vulnerable in our society and those who strive to help them. This may not be a local issue. Question your council. we need to shout out for our kids
