The UK government needs to build public fallout shelters

If Sir Michael Fallon, the Defence Secretary, says "Britain is ready for NUCLEAR WAR" without public fallout shelters; then it is murder of the citizens of the UK. Build fallout shelters or the blood and ash of the UK population will be equally on the Government of the United Kingdom's hands as well as those who attack the United Kingdom.

EU countries have fallout shelters, so why don't we?
