The UK needs to do more to help with the refugee Crisis
Use his powers at an elected MP to show that the UK want change
Why is this important?
I am an A Level citizenship student and I feel the UK needs to do more to help with the refugees Crisis, focusing on Syria. I understand there is a lot of aid being sent,but in there situation what they really need is shelter and safety and not be abandoned on the sides of roads in makeshift camps such as the jungle camp in Calais.
I am working closely with a team of dedicated persons acting on our assignment of completing some active citizenship. We would like to get at least one hundred signatures to show that our local area feels that change is needed. After We achieve the required amount of signatures we will compile a letter and send it to Christopher Chope(Christchurch MP) asking him to use his powers in the House of Commons to bring around change.
