Transparency in individual councillors' voting record

Extend requirement of The Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 to require the individual voting choices of district and county councillors to apply to all matters voted on and not just budget matters.

Why is this important?

There is a complete lack of transparency in local government democracy where individual voting records are not kept nor available for scrutiny.
