Parliamentary Investigation into why the Business Innovation and Skills obtained Court Injunctions on the trading Companies Out of Many Limited, and Foster Property Projects Limited in a personal bankruptcy and conspired with Commercial First Mortgage Limited to return loan payments of £72,000.0 until Commercial First Business Limited have repossess the Black family Trust freehold Property and Business with no debts owed to Commercial First Business Limited at 42-44 Kingsland Road Shoreditch London E2 8DA before removing the Injunction.

42/44 Kingsland Road is Six Floor Freehold Black Family Trust owner property, which are consists of six floors. The first to six floor is consists of three one bedroom flats, and three two bedroom flats plus one two bedroom penthouse. The Ground floor and Basement known as Anda de Bridge Caribbean Bar and Restaurant and 6fT Anda Night Club was created in January 1999 and trade as Out of Many Limited. The complete building is manage by the family trust company Foster Property Projects Limited In 2005 the London Borough of Hackney refused to convert its grandfather right of Anda de Bridge Limited premise License and the owners continue to apply to the London Borough of Hackney Licensing Committee for a late License which was refused on each occasion due to their new SPA .In May 2008 the owner retain the Solicitor Davenport Lyons .to applied for the illusive late license with a personal grantee of payment by Mr. Foster the Director. Davenport Lyons Solicitors also failed to obtain the illusive late license on 3rd November 2008 with a reduce hours to the Premises License hours ending at 23.30. In December 2008 Anda de Bridge Limited was dissolved and Mr. Foster was personal liable for the solicitor debt.
On the 10th June 2011 Davenport Lyons petition for Mr. Foster Bankruptcy for the sum £18.000 and on the 03rd October 2011, in CLCC the petitioning Solicitor Davenport Lyons application for £18,000 was adjourned until 14th November 2011 by the court for the petitioning solicitor to re-amend and re-served their Statuary Demand and Petition. The order of court on the 03rd October 2011 was appealed to the Chancery Appeal Court on the 13th October 2011 and on the 7th November 2011 the court and Davenport Lyon was requested to adjourn the hearing set down for the 14th November 2011 until the outcome of the appeal. On the 10th November 2011 the court and Davenport Lyons Solicitor was requested adjournment of hearing for the 14th November 2011 until the outcome of the Appeal in the Chancery Appeal Court, due to an urgent Diabetes medical appointment made by Mr. Foster doctor for the 14th November 2011.
On the 14th November 2011 in the CLCC the Court without the defendant not in attendance the Court made two orders, 1) Refusing Application for stay until the outcome of appeal 2) Bankruptcy Order of Floyd Foster for the sum of £17, 316, 56 trading as unknown Anda Da Bridge 42/44 Kingsland Road. An application Notice 39.3 for reconsideration was issued on the 18th November 2011 against the bankruptcy order of the 14th November 2011 in the CLCC 3748 of 2011 and serve on Davenport Lyons and Sean Dempsey of the insolvency service on the 18th November 2011 and to solicitor and the officer holder of the Business Innovation and Skills on the 23rd November 2011.
The S.O.S Appointments was made by the official receiver without a valid application on the 18th November 2011 to Mr. Robert William Leslie Horton the insolvency Practitioner that was found to in breached his professional obligation to carry out professional work with due skill, care, diligence and expedition and with the proper regard for the technical and professional standards expected of a practitioner by his governing body and both his partners at Bridge recovery pleaded guilty of conspiring to commit fraud by abuse of position of trust and sent to jail in March 2014.
