Ban Strawberry Jam
We call upon the UK Prime Minister to take urgent action to ban strawberry jam from the UK with immediate effect.
Why is this important?
The Lord our Corbyn had spoken. Strawberry Jam is wrong and unacceptable and should be banned.
Jam historians have discovered that Strawberry jam was invented by Devon Tories in 1974 as a tasty accompaniment for their Cream scones (that they had invented earlier that year).
The introduction of strawberry jam saw a sharp decline in the production of working class Jams such as Rhubarb Jam and Gravy jam. In the decade that followed 90% of the Northern jam factories closed with devastating consequences for proud northern jam communities.
We want the government to ban strawberry jam and return jammy jobs to the North.
