Why is this important?

The Battle of Britain” public house at Shears Green, Northfleet was opened as a temporary building as a Charrington House. built by the RAF.in the forty's, The old wooden hut was demolished in 1962,Shears Green House at the corner of New House Lane and Coldharbour Road, purchased by the brewers and converted into the “Battle of Britain” public house.

We have a campaign ongoing to get this rebuilt, so any help would be appreciated
This was a much loved and used community meeting place, where many family's friends and neighbours would meet, hold birthday parties, wakes and charity events it was used regularly by the hospice for meetings who also had future meetings booked.
