Corrupted Employment Tribunals
Root and branch review and overhaul of the Employment Tribunal Service.
Why is this important?
Over 6 1/2 years ago I was severely failed by the Employment Tribunal Service, I was subjected to two blatant miscarriages of justice that have devastated my career ever since.
Firstly, the Judge overruled an objection from my Barrister and allowed witnesses who hadn't yet given evidence to be sat in the room and hear the evidence that had gone before.
This led to later witnesses changing their evidence, 'on the fly' from what was stated in their sworn witness statements to corroborate with what they had heard from earlier witnesses. Once again, the Judge overruled an objection from my Barrister.
Whilst I was advised by my Barrister that I had the option of appealing via Judicial Review, I was in no financial position to commit to an indefinite timeline nor open ended financial risks.
Hence, the sole actions of the Judge and wider Employment Tribunal severely failed me and has destroyed my career and life to date which continues.
Incidentally, I must add, the defence Solicitor and Barrister were regulars on the circuit and known to the Judge. Hence, seriously questions the motivation of the Judge.
Further, I must also advise that prior to my very first and only Employment Tribunal claim, I had an unblemished work record, I was a very hard working citizen and tax payer, contributing towards the benefit of the nation.
The fact that I was severely failed by a corrupted Tribunal system has only resulted in loss to the state and detracted my contribution.
I am convinced and certain that I am not alone in my experience of the Employment Tribunal Service.
