Counter petition (in support of plans to improve The Langton Court pub).
Continue with plans to invest Ā£300k+ in The Langton Court pub, bringing it to its fullest potential (opening up the original bar, refurbishing and fitting a new, modern kitchen, adding a beer garden and generally making so that everyone wants to spend their money in there, not just the regulars)!
The Knowle Inn is a perfect example of how a lovely, Victorian pub can be restored to it's former glory with some vision and Ā£'s and will do very well in this area.
Why is this important?
The demographic has changed drastically over the last few years with lots of families and young couples moving into the area from other parts of Bristol (and London). Everyone I speak to; friends, family, neighbours and fellow parents at the school gates agree that this investment is long-overdue.
We need a pub that appeals to the many, not the few š
