Help keep a small family together

The Home Office have given a mother and wife a time limit to her stay with her family, Tanja has been through a very timely and costly application process to get a visa which gives her the right to stay indefinitely with her family. Tanja is required to leave the uk and split from her son and husband by November 2019, and the couple only married in April 2015 and their son is only two years old but the Home Office says that the family cannot stay together with the peace of mind that they will not be split from one another. One of the reasons for refusal of one of the applications was that Tanja could not claim or prove that she was the primary carer or claim or prove shared responsibility for their son as her husband is a British citizen, and although they have stated that her husband is in employment, it is his choice to seek such employment and does not mean that he cannot claim any responsibility for their son and care for him if Tanja was made to leave. The Home Office need to Recognise that not all cases are as simple as the requirements that they publish on their website and the mistake they are making and to reconsider Tanja's visa decision on the grounds that she is married to a British Citizen and also has a British son. But this must be done without additional costs to the family as they have exhausted all funds on previous visa applications and solicitor fees.

Why is this important?

This is important because a young newly married couple are scared they will be split but what is the upmost importance of this is that a two year old boy is threatened with the loss of his mother and his little family being torn apart due to the Home office
