To reject Amber Rudd's list proposal and make immigration data collection illegal

Why is this important?

Experts warn immigration data collection at work could contravene race relations and anti-discrimination laws. Amber's list is divisive;We are asking the Parliament to make any requirement for companies to collect immigration data or disclose the number of foreign workers they employ illegal.
