Increase vaccinations, decrease the culls.

Stop the increase/go aheads of further culls in Somerset and other West Country counties when it is not efficient at reducing BTB outbreaks and spreads.
Increase the vaccinations allocated.

Why is this important?

Keeping the farming industry bouyant as well as the badger population.
