Stop live animals being exported for slaughter
To the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,
Please end the export of all live animals being shipped abroad for slaughter. Despite claims of shippers, animals (in particular sheep, horses and cattle) suffer dreadfully on their journey and the majority face a horrific and crude death.
Why is this important?
If you have any feelings whatsoever for animals and the manner in which they end their lives as food for us, then you will care for their wellbeing.
How it will be delivered
I need help for this - I am 84 years old, a professional author, but don't know a lot about modern methods of mass communication --- I am the author of Walt Disney's film 'One of our Dinosaurs is missing'. I( need assistance to reach the right youngsters. I feel very strongly about this subject. I am also aware that fairly soon I may be 'one of the dinosaurs who is missing!'
