Re-open Hurst Clough Bridleway, Mottram in Longdendale

Reopen the circular bridleway (which they closed in 2007), in order to provide a safe area to ride, so local equestrians, including children, do not have to ride on busy and dangerous roads.

Why is this important?

It is important for the safety and well being of horses and riders.
