Recycle electric toothbrush & heads that get binned every 3 months

I want for them to provide collections points so people can dispose of them at the shops and for them to recycle the plastic brush heads it is millions of them polluting the
Planet . As I am a dental hygienist and recommend all my patients to change the heads every 3 months and the electric brush every 2 years as they lose power.
