We ask our factor, Your Place Property Management & landlord City Property (Glasgow) Investments LLP (Glasgow City Council) to abide by the Abatement Notice served on them by the Environmental Health Department to repair our premises in 2012. Our premises have rot damage which is threatening to destroy our business.
We've endured a horrific 5 year fight to save our successful business so we ask for an independent investigation into our case.
Why is this important?
After a 5 year fight, our landlord is demanding a huge sum of money for repairs bills and that we vacate our premises, destroying the business we've worked so hard to build up over the past 6 years.
We've established a lovely spiritual community here, employing many therapists who provide help to many in need of healing. All we ask is for justice to prevail.
How it will be delivered
We will deliver our petition to our Councillor and leader of Glasgow City Council, Mr Matheson at our demo on Monday the 20th of April 2015 at 12pm at George Square in Glasgow and City Property(Investments) LLP at George Street.
