GIVE THE FORMBY HALL BACK TO ATHERTON!

Campaign to Save Local Pubs

UPDATE: We lost the campaign.

We want this much loved community building to be returned to the township of Atherton as was the wishes of the original owners of the building.

Why is this important?

The Formby Hall was given to the people of Atherton during the first world war. It is a much loved and well used venue and will be sorely missed if it was to be demolished has planned.
Not only will Atherton lose yet another community building but it will also effect local businesses by the events and functions that are held in the hall.
