Scrap Council Tax

Scrap the council tax and bring in a tax that spreads the funding of local services more fairly and not just on business and homeowners but everybody who is working and earning wages .

Why is this important?

Council tax is unfair because it doesnt take ability to pay into account but is based on the value of your home not your income.
