Speed up local authority searches in Wiltshire
Wiltshire Council needs to evaluate their local authority search on properties department, they are currently taking between 6-8 weeks!
Why is this important?
Other councils in the south west, like Hampshire and Somerset take around 2-3 days to conduct local authority searches on properties. Wiltshire Council are now taking between 6-8 weeks, this jeopardises house chains in the county, especially where they cross county borders. Please sign this petition to get this issue raised and resolved, the local authority department needs to be resourced and managed properly!
