Stop Cafcass making final decision on what happens with children
I would like this to go to parliament to stop Cafcass making final decision on what happens with children
Cafcass are supposed to be the voice of the child they go against everything the child says and the courts go in favour of Cafcass and don't here direct from the child
Any child that is interviewed by Cafcass should be recorded so they can't twist what the child say
Many parents who don't force the children to go to the parent they are frightened of get sentenced to 14 days in some cases the children removed from their care and placed with the parent that neglect them
Why is this important?
Cafcass have ruined so many children's life's due to forcing them to see a parent they are petrified to see and changing the story from what the child tells them
Children become unhappy because they think Cafcass come to listen to what they want then all of a sudden are forced to do the opposite
