Stop the ticket rip off

Enable real fans to purchase tickets at face value rather than feeding greed of others.
Tickets are being purchased with the sole purpose of being resold for personal gain.
This happens with sports events, music events and theatre events.
It is wrong and needs stopping.
To stop this practice would be easy.
