To: Pipa Doubtfire, the head of TV licensing management.

Time to reject the TV license.

Find a different way to fund the television license.

Why is this important?

Following a telephone call with the T.V licensing people whom told myself that there system was not allowing my direct debit to be set up until the following week and that my children were not allowed to watch television for a full week as this was illegal i have decided to take action.

It was and is not my fault if the TV licensing systems are not allowing a direct debit to be set up, and therefore my children will not and have not been stopped from watching television.

A couple of days later not only were we threatened with a fine and a criminal record, we were told that we were under investigation via a letter.

Since discussing this situation via a blog on my face-book page it becomes clear that the T.V licensing people should not be allowed to bully people into paying for a service that is automatically connected to peoples houses.

There are people whom have commented on the blog, one of the individuals they have to make a decision some weeks between whether she eats or whether she pay her television license. The T.V license normally gets paid in fear of being locked up or fined.

If you think that T.V licensing should have to do what big television companies have to do, such as Virgin and Netflix, and sell there product to you and then provide the product IF you want it then please sign the petition.

It is time that T.V licensing were stopped from bullying you into paying for a service you should not have to pay for IF you don't want the service, IF you want the service then and only then you should request it and pay for it.

I for one do not want BBC channels, it is time to scrap the T.V license and bring in a new way of being.

Lets band together and say goodbye to the television license.
I intend on sending this to Pipa Doubfire the head of T.V licensing management.

The more signatures the better.
