Weekly Custard Pie vote for the most deserving MP.

With a view to keep our MPs accountable and the public satisfied, each week there will be a public vote for the MP most deserving of a Custard Pie.

The "winner" will receive their pie within 7 days of the end of the vote. The giver will be a randomly chosen member of the public that is present on the day that the MP chooses.

A permanent "scaffold" shall be built outside the Houses of Parliament to enable a good view from the crowd watching the giving of the pie.

It's up to the randomly chosen member of the public how they give the pie. However, it is suggested that a gentle but precise presentation of the pie into the MPs face is preferred.

Failure of the MP to turn up for the pie presentation will result in a doubling of the amount of pies each week. After 4 weeks of failure to turn up, the MP will be suspended from the chamber until they receive the pies.

Once an MP has been voted as deserving of the Custard Pie, they will be exempt from votes for a period of 12 weeks.

Why is this important?

The public need to see there be consequences for MPs who fail to do good.
