Young people after care

i would like young people who are leaving residential care to have a safe enough place to live until they are able to integrate into society after being smothered by rules and regulations whilst they were in care

Why is this important?

kids in care are mounded by the system with rules regulations and professional boundaries. at the age of 18 they become adults yet are so venerable
