To: Manchester council

Petition against: Manchester Council plan to stop serving alcohol after 11 p.m.

I want them to cancel plans to ban alcohol being served in bars etc after 11 p.m. in Manchester.

Why is this important?

• Will affect hundreds of businesses by losing out on customers
• Will affect people's night out for those that can't go out at any other time
• Will affect people's freedom of the Council controlling their times
• Will ruin everyone's party in general

How it will be delivered

The deadline for this petition is on 15/01/18 which will than be handed into Manchester City council for review.
