A vote on Theresa May's Brexit deal with the option to stay in the EU

Hammersmith & Fulham has become the first council in the country to call on the government to let the people decide on the final Brexit deal - with a vote to either accept the deal OR stay in the EU.

Why is this important?

What happens with Brexit will affect our country for generations to come. It's therefore only right that people should have an opportunity to vote on whether they want to accept the Brexit deal Theresa May ends up with or stay with the deal we currently have by remaining in the EU.
