Care From Home Agencies

I would like to see Care From a Home Agencies employ fully trained staff. The staff should have at least NVQ level 2, and have experience with Dementia Service Users.

Why is this important?

My Mum suffers from Dementia and the Care From Home Agency employ some young inexperienced carers. I would like legislation to stop Care Agencies from employing inexperienced carers.
