Paypal Stop barring accounts for selling CBD - Cannabidiol
Paypal have a current policy of barring accounts due to the fda's current categorisation of cbd as a banned psychoactive drug.
Cbd is legal to sell throughout the U.K and EU.
Traders like myself have been given ultimatums to stop selling a schedule 1 banned drug or entirely lose our paypal accounts .
I sell low cost cbd to help disabled people and am being prevented from helping people by this aggressive policy.
(I also cannot sell any of my other products using Paypal unless I stop selling cbd.)
Cbd is being investigated as a medicine for Epilepsy and Parkinson's amongst other conditions and many disabled people depend on it.
The fda (Food and drug administration) categorisation of cbd as a schedule 1 drug (The same as crack cocaine) is an insult to the many people including disabled children that are using the oils and their families. It is also grossly misleading and fear mongering to compare something as gentle as hemp to dangerous street drugs.

Why is this important?
Because cbd is helping so many people with Pakinsons, Epilepsy, Autism, Multiple sclerosis, Arthritis, Anxiety and Depression and many more conditions and it is unethical to prevent people accessing something that can help them in a country where it is legal to do so.
People should have the free access to cbd.
