zero carbon housing is good

Reinstate the previously compulsory requirement on contractors building new homes to make them well insulated and efficient. He has just abolished this in his last budget.

Why is this important?

While it may make new homes fractionally cheaper to buy, they will be much more costly to run for both the home owners and the planet. How will we meet our green emissions targets with retrograde steps like this?
