All wind turbines must play the Imperial March to the speed of the rotation.

Make all wind turbines play the Imperial March in time with their rotation speed, if this isn't possible, we will settle for a law to make it a legal requirement to hum the imperial march as you drive / walk past.

Failure to hum the imperial march should result in 3 points on your license if driving or a £500 fine if walking. A George Lucas awareness course should be offered to new drivers instead of 3 points.
