Decent Internet for Cheshire's Rural Areas.

Make Cheshire's countryside Broadband half decent.

Why is this important?

At the moment on a really good day we get 5.00 Mbps, at the moment i get 1.00 Mbps.
By 2013 they said they said they would upgrade our WiFi to fibre broadband (about 30.00 Mbps)(which is about 5X better than it is now) which they never did.
