Money back on rubbish collection

As we have to take our rubbish to the tip and because it has been over a month I request the money back paying through our council tax for the non collection of our bins. Also to support our binmen and put the pressure on council to stop the cut on their wages

Why is this important?

Not very healthy to have those rubbishes on our streets. Not very respectful from council. No consideration for the public. Save the binmen jobs and no cut.
