Stop convicted criminals being able to change name by deed poll

This is very important. Just recently a child killer who served only 3 years in prison was able to change his name by deed poll on his release. The child he killed was his own son aged just 2 years old.This lead to him being underground for 12 years with the public not knowing who is was. He got found out by committing another violent crime, but on animals. His name was Lee Khair but he dropped his surname and legally became Lee Michael, this being his middle name. This needs to stop to protect the public, how can people check on others they meet when no history will come up due to name change. Stop this madness now, for the sake of our children. All killers and paedophiles should lose the right to change their name legally, they committed a crime and should have to pay for it, just like the victims have to.
