Come clean and show us the contractAs you'll see from the last update, the County Council accidentally left a PDF of the contract on their website which could be unredacted if converted to a word processing file. This got out into the public domain and is still (as far as I know) viewable online, although the council have of course replaced it on their site. So an accidental win!4,961 SignaturesCreated by Jojo Mehta

Keep ticket offices open on London OvergroundThank you once again for signing and supporting the petition to Keep ticket offices open on London Overground. I wanted to write to you to give you an exciting update on the campaign. This week we heard from TFL and London Overground that 47 of the 51 London Overground station ticket offices proposed for closure would remain open. This is fantastic news and I would like to thank everyone that supported this campaign particularly those that signed the petition, submitted a response to the public consultation and of course transport unions RMT and TSSA. This really is a fantastic result that will ensure that passengers maintain safe, secure and accessible stations whilst being able to buy the full range of tickets available to them.2,053 SignaturesCreated by Martin Abrams

Save Our Kids Free Meals in NewhamToday Newham Council have backed down and will no longer cut the Eat for Free scheme which gives a hot meal in term time to about 14,000 children (see the link below). My heartfelt thanks to all of you who signed and shared the petition and made this change happen. The best of our councillors joined with us in speaking out, as did East Ham MP Stephen Timms. The success of the campaign shows that collectively we can make a difference and stand up against cuts. Our children deserve better and we fought for them. Thank you. https://www.newham.gov.uk/news/article/577/newham-s-flagship-eat-for-free-scheme-guaranteed-by-the-mayor737 SignaturesCreated by Carel Buxton

Save the Bull's Head, Craswall15/11/21 Seven years ago, The Bull’s Head at Craswall, one of Herefordshire’s best-loved pubs, closed its doors, seemingly for ever. Three and a half years ago, two hundred people protested outside the pub and 1300 signed a petition calling for its reinstatement. On Thursday November 25, we are delighted to tell you, that the Bull – refurbished but far from ruined – will finally reopen under the control of Jake and Aimi Townley. You will find the stone-walled bar hardly changed at all. For some of us it’s been a long, long trail and we hope it’s going to be a fantastic outcome. Jake is an acclaimed chef who specialises in simple, local and high-quality food, and you can expect a warm welcome. But the Townleys promise it will always be a pub as well as a restaurant. To find out more, please go to https://www.wildbynaturellp.com/the-bulls-head-inn And hope to see you there. Thanks to everyone for their support. You really did make a difference. Very best, Matthew and Jim1,344 SignaturesCreated by james ursell

Don't make thousands of vulnerable people homeless!UPDATE: 16.9.16 We'd like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for signing the petition calling on our government to scrap their planned caps to Local Housing Allowance - plans that would push thousand of vulnerable people out of their homes and put them at drastically increased risk of homelessness. We have some good news! Earlier today Damian Green, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, announced that housing benefit caps for supported housing will be deferred until 2019/20.1,888 SignaturesCreated by Cyril Bezant
