High storrs Road safety Hangingwater Road petition

We are petitioning the council to place a crossing on the junction between Whiteley Wood Road and Hangingwater Road. Over a year ago a young girl was hit by a car at this junction on her way to school, fortunately this accident was not fatal.

Why is this important?

We are doing this to help the High Storrs school Journey as a large amount of the High Storrs pupils take this route.
