HELPS 1950s BORN WOMEN AND UNEMPLOYED PERSONS
Women's pension age rise 60 to 66 since 2013 caused poverty, early death and suicide to the poorest 1950s born ladies and to men and women denied pension credit and winter fuel allowance for half a decade, when welfare state long gone with state focus only now on leaving you to starve.
WHAT PETITION ASKS FOR:
- Pension age 60 men and women
- Increase state pension to £200 per week for 30 years National Insurance record.
Background. Increasing from the £122.30 per week old pensioners left on, and bettering the state pension money for pensioners retired after April 2016, where most women and half of men did not get the full flat rate of £159.55 per week.
- Increase married women's stamp / housewife pension from 60 per cent to 70 per cent of full state pension (viz 70 per cent of £200 per week).
- £5000 extra tax allowance from 60 for all pensioner ages, above basic tax allowance.
(From next tax year get back lost Granny Tax given away since 2013 to the super rich as a tax break).
PETITION FUNDED BY:
- Increase from 2 to 3 per cent worker National Insurance deductions on wages £80,000 per year and all salary above.
- Increase from 13.8 per cent to 14.8 per cent employer National Insurance contributions on staff paid £80,000 per year wages and all further salary above.
MY AIM HAS NOW CHANGED from increasing National Insurance Fund, to absorbing it fully into a UK version of Norway's non-contributory petroleum funded state pension. Solves loss of jobs to robots more and more now and into the future, as without workers, there is no works nor state pension.
YOUNG PEOPLE TODAY MAY NEVER DRAW ANY KIND OF PENSION

COMPUTERS ARE AGEING THE YOUNG AS FAST AS THE HARD MANUAL WORK OF THE 1950s AND BEFORE BORN
Young people are thought to have mostly less manual jobs.
Computers, laptops, smartphones, iPads, iPods, video gaming etc are all ageing young people, who spend most of their waking life, in work, at college, in university, in school, at home glued to some hi-tech or other.
Causing progress towards repetitive strain disorder in fingers, hands and arms.
Early onset arthritis in lower back and neck and shoulders.
And by working at home and on the train, always connected, are endangered by the work stress of Burn out, that can even leave you needing a full-time carer, probably family, as forget how to do even basic tasks in life, either permanently or many months off work.
And this may happen long, long before you reach 60 never mind 70.
HALF OF OVER 60s WITHIN WORKING POOR - LEAST CHANCE OF NEW JOB - MOST LIKELIHOOD OF LONG TERM OUT OF WORK
REDUNDANCIES HIT RECORD HIGH FOR 60 AND OVER
Employment rate drops to 64 per cent from age 60, more likely still unemployed 12 months later.
SAVES THE I DANIEL BLAKES
Men and women lost pension credit (the minimum income guarantee) from age 60 to 66 progressively since 2012 under welfare reform, leaving them under the brutally callous Jobcentre, with least chance of a new job. Sanctions run at 1 million a year, beyond the 6 weeks it takes to starve to death.
ILL HEALTH MOSTLY CAUSES FALLING OUT OF WORK EARLY
The pension industry inform that around 10 million workers don’t make it to pension age due to ill health taking them out of the workplace.
Accident or illness can make anyone disabled or chronic sick along with advancing years from 60.
The working class have more ill health in their 50s and 60s than those with higher income in life, which physically means can't do their job any more.
