There is no crossing facilities at all other than several speed bump crossing zones on earlsgate, with several in place on the same road. The lower end of the village has no crossing provision at all. All children utilise the church on a daily basis, plus there are vulnerable adults in the village that would gain some independence if they could cross the road safely to get to the shops.

The historic mill and its surroundings is scheduled as an industrial monument of national importance and according to CADW has significant archaeological potential. Such sites need to be preserved for future generations. A plan and is investment is needed to make the most of this green space for local people and visitors.

By removing Abbey Wood's Crown Post Office you are causing the loss of good jobs and services which will hurt the local economy, as well as the rapidly growing numbers of people living in the area especially vulnerable groups - such as pensioners and the disabled. Many services - banking, passport and identity services- can only be provided at Crown (not franchised) Post Offices, and since the nearest, by public transportation, is at Dartford the loss of Abbey Wood Post office would place an unacceptable barrier to many people accessing these services.

The STPs will result in a reduction of £139.5 million by 2020, in the Doncaster and Bassetlaw Health and Social Care budget. We believe, that this reduction to our NHS funding will lead to, a loss of services, hospital closures and to an increase in early death rates in our area. It is beyond doubt that the STPs, being driven by the Government, will speed up the privatisation of more NHS services. Last January Doncaster Council said that no decision on the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw STP would be made until the 'conversation' (not consultation) by Healthwatch Doncaster and the Due Regard statement was completed. In two to four years an unelected and/or unaccountable Central STP board (based in Sheffield) will be able to ensure that your Doncaster Royal Infirmary will be privatised. The mechanism is most likely to be an Accountable Care Organisation (ACO). These ACOs will integrate services into one decision making body and have one structure with one budget, which could be and will be easily hijacked by a venture company or a private health care company such as Virgin Care et al. Please sign this petition and help to protect our NHS funding and services and stop further privatisation.

As a member of the public I was somewhat distressed to learn that you have issued massive rent increases to GP surgeries in England which have been backdated to April 2016. According to Practice Business (3/4/2017) "The NHS lost 445 full-time GPs between September and December 2016" which are now down to 34,050 when the NHS promised to hire more. How will your rent increases encourage junior doctors to train as general practitioners? How is this supporting the health and wellbeing of all patients in England? Please retract these abhorrent rent increases immediately.

We are a remote rural area with a large number of elderly and retired residents. As well as the locals, we have many tourists visit us, a lot of them are walkers due to the mountainous terrain around Lynton. Add to that the fact that we have a harsh rocky coastline and the fact that the roads in this area are far narrower than those in cities or other urban areas, and it's fair to say the Emergency Response Team (ERT) is kept busy here. Moving the ERT to Ilfracombe and/or Barnstaple would increase the response time of paramedics dramatically and it would increase the workload of already heavily burdened first responders. As a Scout Group, we feel passionately about this and we are against the decision to move our ERT %100. One of our Scouts was treated by our ERT and it took nearly 10 minutes for them to get to him - if they had to come from Barnstaple or Ilfracombe, it would have taken 3 or 4 times longer! The proposed relocation of the Emergency Response Team would leave all residents and visitors to the Lyn Valley area even more vulnerable than they already are and lives will be put at risk. Please sign this petition to ask Cllr Andrea Davis to stop the decision made by South West Ambulance Service Foundation Trust (SWASFT) to relocate the Emergency Response Team and keep the Team here in Lynton.

This is important because, Eagle Couriers are exploitative towards the drivers who do the work, and in both the manner in which they treat them and pay them. Drivers are expected to work a 10hr day and also be on call at all other times, which is unsafe as drivers can be on the road for a sustained amount of time. For example, a driver may have worked a long shift during the day, then be called out after his/her shift to make another long journey which could be anywhere Britain delivering emergency blood supplies/drugs/human tissue. All though drivers are "self-employed" they are unable to refuse the work as the company will then withold future work from them, as a means of punishment. Drivers pay for there own fuel and van. When considering the length of hours involved and costs accrued to the driver, they are regularly working for far less than the minimum wage, often £2-3ph. We believe this is unacceptable behaviour for a company who's contracted for vital work within our NHS. Please sign this petition to help bring this to the attention of Shona Robison MSP. The use of palm oil in products is causing serious environmental harm across the planet. It is linked to major deforestation in many countries, causing widespread loss of habitats, including the rainforest habitat. In fact, 27 million hectares of the earth's surface has been used for the cultivation of palm oil. It is now widely used in a range of products, and is currently in up to half of products sold in supermarkets. Flying over countries where palm oil production is concentrated is shocking. Seeing huge scars across landscapes which should be covered in rainforest is unacceptable when there are suitable alternatives. Allowing palm oil to be the substitute for tallow is not acceptable. This must be stopped. This is not the right substitute. It is unnecessary to add another demand and reason to increase palm oil production.

Although the bus services have now been revised and the original planned cuts have been reviewed with many services re-instated/protected; there still is the issue of cuts to subsidies for rural areas such as East Riding of Yorkshire from Central Government. We believe that public transport subsidies should be ring-fenced to protect supported services in rural areas. At present the revised services are leaving vulnerable people, those ‘medically unfit to drive’ and the elderly cut off from friends, relatives and essential facilities.

Bramham estate in Leeds wants to sell off Red Flagged Green Belt by exploiting a section of the national planning guidelines referred to as 'very special circumstances'. This allows development on Greenbelt if the profits can be used to fund repairs to listed buildings, improve land elsewhere etc. Which would be fine if this were to benefit the surrounding populace. In this case it does not, as visiting Bramham is severely restricted. Bramham has proposed an open day a year to allow visitors should the plans be approved. So Nick Lane Fox would be using the money for home improvements only he would benefit from. We do not believe Nick Lane Fox and the Bramham estate should be allowed to get away with exploiting this loophole. Which will only cause misery to residents in surrounding villages of Scarcroft, East Keswick, Bardsey and Collingham. Collingham who have recently lost land to another development of many houses. We believe this is a test case of sorts and that should it be approved will open the floodgates to similar developments all over the country. Further to Note: The proposed site for build is located on flood plains that have been seen to flood very regularly and already affect existing properties in recent years many times. Amenities within the area are already stretched to breaking point with schools been full and waiting times at the surgery getting longer. The A58 is stretched to capacity at busy times of the day and the further pressure of 140 house with at least two cars each will only add to the mayhem in mornings and evenings.

Watch me grow baby peep group is being cut, access is being limited to a referral basis only, it has previously been open access to all mums with under ones. The session was run over twelve months until babies turned one years old but is being limited to twelve weeks per family. It is an important service and is the only free under fives group of its kind providing essential support aimed at the under ones servicing the Nottingham area. It is a travesty it is being cut.
