The majority of the seats in Parliament are currently held by upper-middle class white males who attended public school and therefore do not represent the average Briton. David Cameron is related to the Queen (fifth cousin once removed). Thus, both the head of state and the head of government have only a vested interest in maintaining the status quo, i.e. the maintenance of the richest 1 - 5% in positions of power in the United Kingdom. The citizenry of the UK deserve representation in government. The Queen needs to be removed as head of state and, ideally, to be replaced by a president, elected by and for the people of the United Kingdom.

This is important as without political education or information then some young people do not believe that voting or which political party in government affects them. Politics has changed over the past decades, more people are interested in activism politics and not traditional politics. Without political information being given to young people early then they can have this knowledge for the rest of their lives. In the past, politics was past down from generation to generation, but now this isn't happening then the education needs to step in with advice. Education would be on how government works, voting systems, role of MPs etc, in order to keep the ability for teaching to be unbiased then it will not include information on ideology and political parties. Without political information then who knows what might happen in the future, will voter turnout drop like it did from 1997 to 2001? The EU Human Rights which the British government helped create has become a joke and we have lost control of the UK's criminal system, unable to deport people who actively want to harm British citizens back to their home countries. We need a bill of rights that protects the British people from harm.

Nobody set out to create Parliament. It developed naturally out of the daily political needs of the English King and his government. It didn't develop continuously over time neither, but went through short stages of rapid growth. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland was created in 1801 by the merger of the Kingdoms of Great Britain and Ireland under the Acts of Union. The principle of responsibility to the lower House did not come about until the 19th century. Members of the House of Commons were elected in an out dated electoral system, under which constituencies of vastly different sizes existed. Which is still used today. Parliament is one of the oldest continuous representative assemblies in the world. It is a story that involves battle, war, invasion, several dethronings. We can't keep living in fear of death, famine and despair. Parliament claim cuts are needed to bring this economy back to some stability. Look around you. What positivity can you see that doesn't get overweighed by negativity? Many people in the UK are suffering from depression and other mental health issues. Poverty is rapidly increasing, drug abuse and crime rates are high. We are affected as a consensus. No more shall we have to suffer. There can be an alternative to Parliament. Stand Up. Be heard.

The current electoral system though producing clear results, does not fully reflect the will of the British people in their electing of members of parliament. The Additional Member System retains the link between Members of Parliament and their constituencies, and also in most cases produces clear majorities; yet having a proportion element allows the people of the United Kingdom to better elect members according to their considered will and purpose.

Some letting agents in London are greedy and deceitful, falsely advertising 'rooms' to rent that do not meet a governmental living standard that was outlined in 2014. Whilst it is the prerogative of landlords and agencies to dictate their prices, they are forcing up the rental market to beyond what is fair and reasonable to tenants by falsely advertising the space available, and lowering living standards, whilst pushing prices up. This has to stop. People who prioritise living in a place they care about, are being marginalised into moving away or settling for poor living standards. This situation is the beginning of another greedy gentrification boom in housing, perpetuated by the same people who caused our 2008 financial crash. There is a Government standard. It should be met by these companies. Lewisham council, and all London councils must impose these standards more strictly.

This will allow all people who believe in retaining public services,proper funding of education,supporting the NHS, supporting our Police, Fire & Ambulances Services, getting rid of food banks, ridding this country of nuclear weapons, supporting and maintaining a modern non nuclear armed forces and trying to build a country that belongs to the people and not just the rich elite. Anyone who wants the other way can stay in the south and call themselves England or maybe Tory land...the rest of us can move north.

How can these people represent Equality and Justice when they have already contradicted both Justice and Equality? We need to call upon the Government to reconsider the appointment to office of both the Justice Secretary, Michael Gove as he he has already said on The Andrew Marr Show that there is 'no need' for a public inquiry into the Westminster Paedophile Ring or an investigation into the alledged cover-up? And the newly appointed Equality minister, Caroline Dinenageas as she has previously said the state had “no right” to redefine marriage, and she voted against same-sex marriage.
