• Stop the Cancelling of London's buses and Limiting Bus routes
This text is taken directly from an article i read and could not agree more; “Hackney residents will be disproportionately affected; these bus routes offer more affordable travel for some of our borough’s poorest residents in our least connected neighbourhoods. In my own words despite the amount of money which the goverment has spent on transport supposedly the buses seem to be left on the back burner, although I use both bus and train there are a significant amount of people who solely rely on Bus services especially our senior citizens and changing them for the worst in my opinion is no help for anybody. If they can get away with this who knows what they might try to get away with in the future. I believe we can apply positive pressure and make sure we are all counted whether tube/train or bus user. These changes in the long run could see buses continually over crowded and people having longer commutes to and from home/work for e.g. I am sure there is a better solution especially with the continual rising costs to travel each and every year, we are owed a service which is effective for all and to allow it to expand not be restricted.

  • Pedestrian crossing Goldstone Crescent
The increasing danger of crossing this road for Pedestrians, especially Children on their way to and from school. This has greatly increased due to the new parking restrictions in the surrounding area. The speeding traffic is a hazard, where the speed limit is still 30mph as opposed to 20mph along the rest of Goldstone Crescent. There have been a numerous near misses with children and cars on a daily basis.

  • Bus Route
A extra bus route is needed for the area of KT5 .Berrylands Rd. We have one small bus K2 taking passengers to Surbiton station then on to the kingston hospital, But this bus misses all the hundreds & hundreds of flats including houses dotted along the way, as it doesn't reach down into the the Berrylands rd. You have to walk 15/10 mins just to get to a bus stop and if you miss that bus you have to wait 15 mins for next bus, for the amount of people that live on and off the Berrylands rd this is hughly frustrating late for your Train or late for your hospital appointment. These two, the station and the hospital are quite important part of people lives and this day & age it seems ridiculous that we feel like we have a rural countryside service for a London area. Please give us a extra bus route for the Berrylands rd, for this area of mass of people living here.

  • Maypole Roundabout Crossing
The Coop convenience store at the Texaco petrol station is open 24 hours a day and is extremely busy. Therefore, large numbers of people need to cross the roads to access this store. Since the expansion of the Maypole roundabout and the large amounts of housing development taking place in the area, traffic volume has increased enormously. Attempting to cross the roads here is now extremely dangerous, sometimes requiring a wait of 10 minutes for a sufficient break in traffic to allow safe passage for pedestrians. Pedestrians from the Hedge End side may need to negotiate Lower Northam Road, then Grange Road and Woodhouse Lane. Pedestrians from Kings Copse area are most likely to cross at Broad Oak and may need to cross Kings Copse Avenue first. All five roads have two lanes of traffic entering the Maypole roundabout. The vast majority of drivers approach the roundabout at too high a speed and are either oblivious to people waiting to cross or don't care enough to slow down and allow safe passage. Installation of a simple zebra crossing at Broad Oak could be achieved with minimal cost and disruption and would provide a vital safe crossing point for pedestrians. An additional benefit would be created for motorists by enabling easier exit from the petrol station, as traffic on Broad Oak would be forced to slow down and stop for pedestrians.

  • Make Headcorn Road One Way
Implementing a one way system on Headcorn road will improve the safety of pedestrians, road users and quality of life for residents. Cars will no longer come head to head and refuse to make way for each other. No more late night beeping and fighting. Cars will only come from one direction, so it will be safer for cars when they are leaving their parking spaces. Cars will no longer need to accelerate aggressively to get from one end of the road to the other end before an oncoming car arrives to obstruct them. Parking should be easier with cars facing the same way.

  • 2 PARKING PERMIT FOR 4 HOURS EACH TO VISIT FAMILY/RELATIVES AND FRIEND
SOME PLACES THERE ARE NO CLOSE PROXIMITY TO PARK AND COULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED VISITORS AS WELL AS THOSE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN AND SOME OTHERS WHO CAN ONLY VISIT FOR A SHORT TIME BEFORE HAVING TO RUSH OFF TO OTHER APPOINTMENTS OR WORK. HOWEVER PARKING COULD BE A LONG WALK TO AND FROM THE INTENDED VISITING AREA AND COULD CAUSE FRUSTRATION AND LESS SUPPORT GIVEN TO OTHERS IN NEED OF SUPPORT..

  • Free school passes children to longcroft school for east riding children
It is important so that the children in villages do not get pushed into schools and there choices are taken away not every child wants to attend a single sex senior school ..it's discrimination unless they do go to them there not allowed a bus pass for our own council area yet the school 2 miles across road get it all free funding it's wrong ..it doesn't give our children a choice and put parents in financial difficulty letting them go were this wish to learn ..
