It is important for the local residents so that the noise level will reduce and it will be a quieter area as the trams starter at 5am in the morning and finish at 01:30am in the morning, and there is a tram every few minutes through that section of track northbound and southbound 364 days a year.

Despite the Housing Act 2004, there is still a recognised national shortfall in Gypsy and Traveller site pitches. This means that one in four Gypsies and Travellers are considered homeless because they do not have a legal place to park their home. Gypsies and Travellers are also often subjected to hostility due having to set up their own unauthorised encampments. Therefore, they are constantly receive racist abuse, threats, discrimination and bad media press, which can lead to high levels of anxiety and depression. However, at the heart of resolving these issues is the provision of adequate and appropriate sites for Gypsies and Travellers. As a result, every Gypsy and Traveller in the UK should have THE RIGHT TO A SITE!!

Knowledge is such a powerful tool. Anybody could find themselves in an emergency situation at any time. Knowing how to respond by giving first aid could make a huge difference to the outcome of a situation. It could potentially relieve some stress from services such as the NHS also. We live in a time where technology is so advanced, yet only a handful of individuals in academic or workplace settings have been trained in First Aid. Everybody should be equip with this knowledge not just the select few. We will all be safer if we know how to react in an emergency.

For years we’ve been waiting for the road to be made safer. No one sticks to the 20mph speed limit and there have been numerous crashes due to people driving wreckless around the blind corner. Sandy Lane is a very busy road! There are lots of children and elderly residents who live close by that frequent the park and shop. Due to people totally ignoring the speed limit and there being no speed camera to monitor the traffic, I strongly believe the road and residents would benefit from speed bumps. If drivers won’t willingly slow down then put safety measures in place! It was only three days ago that ANOTHER crash happened outside my kitchen window! And last year our beautiful kitty was ran over by a wreckless speeding driver. I know I’m not alone in wanting the council to do something to make where we live safer so please help me by signing as it will help everyone else.

With over 320,000 homeless people in 2018, and currently facing its biggest housing shortfall on record, the UK has to make changes to Housing Policy. The number of households without permanent residence and in temporary accommodation is expected to reach 100,000 by 2020, which will only change through the delivery of more social and affordable housing. Following the actions of Welsh and Scottish government, abolishing the Right to Buy scheme will prevent the further loss of social housing onto the private market and will provide Local Authorities the opportunity to reduce housing waiting lists by re-homing vulnerable families. Between 1980-2018, 1,952,500 social properties have been sold by Local Authorities in the UK yet rebuilding rates are catastrophically lower, due to lack of funding. This, along with figures to show that some London LA's have repurchased previously sold properties for 6 times the price of the originally RTB sale, shows that the Right to Buy scheme needs to be abolished for the sake of the people.

There is a constant stream of traffic coming in both directions, and even if someone chooses to walk to the traffic lights at Wavertree Road, crossing is difficult. We need to encourage use of our suburban railway stations in order to reduce road traffic and pollution.

My wife Leanne is only 45 years old and is suffering with a multitude of life changing health issues, the one that depresses her is the liver issues which is making her body retain fluid, causing her weight to spiral out of control...unstable type 1 diabetes is making it virtually impossible to lose the weight, other health problems are not making it easy for her ie COPD, limphodema, kidney problems, IGA (no immune system) fybomyalgia etc. The council said I have to pay for a wet room to be built in our council flat as I work, over £5000 I'm having to pay for this just so my wife can bathe... I work hard, pay all our Bill's but because I work I'm penalised, it's so wrong.

To ensure all those residing in the UK have access to shelter which provides long term security, safety and structure, allowing for reduced stigma regarding social housing, grounding in rights for tenants and an environment where prosperity in education, employment, health and family life is plausible.

When joining the military at a young age you give up the best years of your life, the physical effect on the body causes you much pain and discomfort in later life. I personally believe that due to the stress put on my body during my 14 years service , has caused me to suffer from much joint pain. During my time as a serving soldier I was expected to run march and walk fully kitted carrying excessive weight, this has obviously caused lots of stress to the joints over a 14 year period. In fact at my time of joining the army in 1979 we were issued with what can only be described as plastic and rubber boots, some 13 years later the MOD decided that these boots were no longer fit for service as they were causing injury. I feel very strongly that we as ex servicemen deserve access to our pentions at the age of 55 like the rest of the public, we have after all done our bit for Queen and country dont we deserve to be treated as equals.I have already undergone surgery on my shoulders, I currently suffer with pain in both knees ankles and wrists. Any ex servicemen reading this will know only to well what the body goes through during your time serving your country, please support this so others can hopefully get what some form of comfort in later life.
